XTradr
A trading-interface prototype with web and mobile clients, simulated market data, charts, order-book views, and experimental exchange-account actions.
- Problem
- A web and mobile trading interface needs a consistent contract for charts, order-book views, and account experiments while live-market behavior is still being validated.
- Approach
- Both clients use one backend contract. Public market flows currently run on simulated data; live exchange integration, credential handling, and resilient reconnects remain prototype work.
The problem in context
A trading interface has to present charts, order-book views, and account experiments consistently on web and mobile while its market behavior is still being tested.
Current prototype
XTradr uses one backend contract for both clients. Public market flows currently use simulated data, alongside chart and order-book views and experimental exchange-account actions.
Current boundary
Live exchange integration, credential handling, gap recovery, and resilient reconnects remain prototype work. The current build is not presented as a live-market trading service or as proof that those controls are complete.
