Privacy Notice

This notice covers the public pages at jiwar.io and www.jiwar.io. At this launch state, the site is static and deliberately collects no information through the website. It has no account system, analytics, advertising, or embedded third-party contact widget.

Identity and contact

Jiwar Software is the public-facing brand used on this website. This notice does not identify a contracting entity or data controller. Those details must be stated in a signed project agreement before any project data is processed.

Information involved in a visit

The site stores one theme preference in your browser’s local storage when you choose light or dark appearance. It stays on your device and is not a cookie. Your language is part of the page address.

Firebase Hosting serves the static pages and may process technical request data as described in Google’s own service and privacy information. We do not run a separate analytics script, advertising pixel, or visitor profile on these pages.

Direct correspondence

If you choose to email or call us, your email or telephone provider and the providers used to receive that correspondence process the information needed to deliver it. We use the correspondence to answer your enquiry. Do not send credentials, sensitive personal data, or confidential project material until an appropriate channel and responsible party have been agreed in writing.

We do not use direct-contact information for advertising and do not sell it.

Retention and requests

A fixed retention schedule for direct correspondence has not yet been published. Until a signed agreement identifies a data controller and an approved retention schedule, this site will not add deliberate collection. You may ask to access, correct, or delete correspondence by emailing contact@jiwar.io, subject to any legal or contractual duty that requires a record to be kept.

This notice will be updated before analytics, a new processor, or another category of collection is enabled.
