Engagement terms are agreed in the signed proposal or contract for each project. If this page conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Jiwar Software is the public-facing brand used on this website. This page does not identify a contracting entity. The signed agreement must name the contracting party and state the applicable terms.
